⏰ 0: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. If you need a late check-in or check-out, please let us know in advance.
🏡 1. RESPECT THE SPACE
Please treat the apartment as you would your own home. Report any damage or missing items immediately. Do not move furniture or appliances without permission.
👥 2. OCCUPANCY
All visitors must be registered at the reception before entering the building and must follow all building rules.
🔇 3. NOISE & NEIGHBOURS
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect other residents. No loud music or disruptive behavior.
🎉 4. PARTIES, EVENTS & GATHERINGS
No parties or events are allowed. This includes celebrations or social functions.
🚭 5. SMOKING, VAPING & SUBSTANCES
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment or on balconies. Please use the designated area downstairs if needed.
